This front porch had a lot of rot and flaking lead paint on it. We first started by hand cleaning, scraping and HEPA sanding, followed by wood rot replacement. Finally, we spot primed all bare wood with oil primer and put two fresh coats of Benjamin Moore paint. We mixed a skidproof additive into the paint for the stair treads.
